## Listen, build, stay on watch.

1. **Listen** (Week 1): We start with the people who will use the product, not with our stack. A short discovery gives us a shared map of their week.
2. **Build** (Every week): Working software every week. Users steer while steering is cheap, and nothing ships that they have not tried.
3. **Stay on watch** (After launch): After launch we keep listening: support, monitoring and the next iteration, so the product keeps earning its place.

## Two founders, one desk at Station F.

Small on purpose. You talk to the people who write the code.

- **Hugo Kindel**, Co-founder, product and design. Leads product and design. Draws every screen and interaction before it ships, from Plongiciel's booking flow to Sonarbee AI's review queue.
- **Mathis Estève**, Co-founder, engineering and operations. Runs everything under the products, from the edge proxy to the release pipeline, and makes sure what ships stays up.

## We are raising our seed round.

Bootstrapped since February 2026. The seed grows Plongiciel across French dive clubs and takes Sonarbee AI out of beta.

Use of funds: Engineering 60%, Go-to-market 25%, Operations 15%.
